Adrienne Wilson
Adrienne graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2002 and decided to spend her first year exploring Australia on a working holiday visa while doing locum work.
She has failed spectacularly at returning to her original homeland, joining the Chiropractic Solutions team as an associate that same year and she has remained here very happily since.
Many patients have suggested that Adrienne enjoys her profession a little too much, and they may be on to something. She enjoys adjusting everybody from infants to octogenarians, but particularly relishes a clinical challenge.
Adrienne’s passion for the wellness lifestyle developed over a number of years following a childhood spent in a household where “unless it’s spurting blood or falling off, it’s not a problem.” This paradigm shift has taken time and effort, but the benefits will last a lifetime. She now enjoys a very active and vibrant life made possible by proper nutrition (most days), regular exercise, regular spinal adjustments and good stress management through lots of perspective. Her life’s work is to encourage and inspire the same changes in as many people’s lives as possible.
In her leisure time, Adrienne enjoys spending time with her husband Brien and her sons Fletcher and Seth, and getting “oot and aboot” with friends. She also “enjoys” keeping fit through a combination of running, weights, walking and Mount Lofty scaling. Reading is also high on the list when the day’s dust clears.
To conclude, here are some of Adrienne’s favoured battle cries used at Chiropractic Solutions:
“Use it or lose it, baby!”
“Motion is lotion!”
“You only need to get adjusted if you have a spine.”
“Where’s my pen, Andrian?”
