Chantal has been a remedial massage since 2010, and over the past 15 years, her fascination with how the body moves and heals has continued to grow.
For the last two years, she has also shared that passion as a massage educator. She enjoys teaching the next generation of therapists which in turn keeps her skills sharp and ensures that the care she provides is always informed by the latest industry standards.
Chantal believes that EVERY BODY is different, so she doesn’t use a "one size fits all" approach. Instead, she draws from a wide range of modalities to find the right fit for your session. Her toolkit includes Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Sports Massage, as well as specialized Pregnancy Massage.
